the room i booked for three people included an uncomfortable third bed that was not a real bed. this addition made the space cramped. also, the bathroom tap was broken.

i found bugs in the room that was less than stellar there was no one available to assist after 9 pm dealing with that situation myself was not how i wanted to spend the night also the hotel offered no refund for the inconvenience i guess they value bugs over customer satisfaction it is what it is

The location is superb, especially near the Accademia Bridge. Breakfast offered good options and was worth the money. The staff helped with directions and explained local transportation very well. I also appreciated their immediate assistance when I needed an extra night..

the staff was very helpful in person and helped us find correct water taxis! the location was amazing for a first time visit. this beautiful hotel was a perfect fit for our party. they communicated well before our arrival and helped us find a perfect restaurant!
the shower window lacked a curtain, positioned right next to the shower which lacked privacy.

Check-in and check-out were both simple processes. The room included effective air conditioning, a real plus. The elevator was very useful (especially considering the luggage).
The tv remote was not functional. The water drains did not work correctly. The bathroom flooded when my son took a shower. There was no one available to fix the problem that evening.

i found the beds pretty good, and i was in a room meant for three people. the hotel had a lift, handy. everything was kept very clean and tidy. the super nice team, even helping with travel around and teaching us about local transport.
the air con didnt seem up to much. it wasnt as cool as i hoped, so sleeping was a bit difficult.

Travelers can arrive by water taxi (approximately 110 to 120 Euros), by Alilaguna's orange line (15 Euros per person) to Sant'Angelo station, then walk to Accademia bridge. Alternatively, a taxi or bus to Piazzale Roma, followed by vaporetto lines 1 or 2 to Accademia, will work well too. Upon reaching Accademia, simply cross the bridge and follow the directions to the hotel.
